"Excellent snorkelling, good food, really nice staff. When we arrived, we got a room that had quite a bit of noise coming through from outside, but the manager Arturo gave us a better room for the next days. Initially, we planned to stay in the hotel for just 1-2 days, but ended up staying for a week, because we loved the place. By the way, if there is a chance that this message might be read by Arturo, then we would be ever so grateful for getting that tomato and cheese spaghetti recipe that was served in the buffet pretty often :)"

"Large room, large bed, good & hot shower, fantastic snorkeling straight off the beach. Excellent service from polite & friendly staff. I would come back."

"Some residents put towels on the sunbeds every morning then left them empty for a couple of hours. Shower cubicle a bit old & moldy. Food reasonable but pretty much the same every day. Bad experience with dive shop on site. Did not feel safe with the dive master. Found a different dive shop for a later dive which was fantastic."

"The food was the same every day and was not good. The cleaning of the restaurant was not good. If you wanted to have a good dinner you have to be in a line every morning at 8 am to book the good restaurant."

"The food was great, location perfect for snorkling and enjoying the beach, pure beautiful water. Hotel organizes different activities for the guests, like bike tours and snorkling."

"Excellent stay. Check in was much improved from other stays. It was very fast and efficient. The beach was beautiful and one of the best on Cozumel. The buffet is a bit limited but you can order ceviche, bbq ribs, fajitas, fish tacos, and other items off the menu. Waiter service is superb! The activity staff set up a net and we played some beach volleyball, thanks for that!"

"We would appreciate a few more activities from the activity staff. There is no longer water volleyball in the pool which was a very fun activity and allowed us to break the ice and meet other guests."

"Breakfast ,lunch n dinner gave us a Tex Mex flavour with quite a Mekiko cuisine variety! T' was good as anytime you could get a bite! Cocktails n mocktails were refreshings! Staff were efficient and friendly and good guest sense of service! The only downside was the beach which was unkempt!"

"The best staff. Manuel, Estaban, Paulino and Emanuel and Mateo. They made this trip a 5 star experience . The building itself is old and could use some updating. But we only sleep in the room. Air works, and hot water is good. The best licwtion for snorkeling right off the resort. And mabey its a good thing that the bar closes at 11. 🤣"
