"Great property, nice rooms and facilities, particularly the pools, gym, kids club and tennis courts. The small beach and sea was also great."

"I have to say that, except for the breakfast that was amazing, dinner was a big let down. They are very far from delivering a good experience. Cocktails were also terrible which was surprising. We went 2 times to the main bar next to the sea and on both times left without drinking them."

"Great breakfast included, very friendly staff, clean and generally a great hotel in a fantastic setting. Snorkeling from the hotel beach was also another bonus for us."

"My husband and I stayed at the Presidente InterContinental Cozumel Resort for a week and it was the perfect place to stay while getting our Open Water PADI scuba diving certification. The location is amazing, with beautiful marine life right in the area and excellent diving instructors nearby. Breakfast was very complete and delicious every day, and our room was very spacious, we were especially lucky to have a stunning sea view. The hotel facilities are wonderful, especially the gym, and the whole property has a beautiful setting. The staff were extremely kind and attentive at all times, and we also really enjoyed the restaurants."

"The only downside of our stay was that our room had a connecting door to the neighboring room, and we could hear almost everything from the other side. Fortunately, our neighbors were not very noisy, so it didn’t disturb us too much, but better soundproofing or non-connecting rooms would improve the experience."
