"we were on the floor with the rooftop pool. It was private and refreshing retreat from the heat."

"The mattresses were not very comfortable, and the bed frames are oversized compared to the mattresses. This design caused us to repeatedly hit the frame with when walking around the room, which was extremely painful."

"Somebody tried to open the door like at 2am then the closets door slammed then I knew it wasn’t just the air of the complex there were some paranormal activity there I didn’t mind tho I went back to sleep. I have never experienced this kind of things before that’s why I’m redundant talking about it and there is probably an explanation but it was definitely weird"

"I moved here during a very hot period in Merida as it had a rooftop pool. The staff were friendly and helped me organise a trip to Uxmal with a fantastic guide. Breakfast served in a beautiful courtyard shaded with trees. Room clean. Drinking water provided. Loved it."
