"My wife and I really enjoyed the bed, dinner, breakfast, and the very friendly and caring staff. The beach area with loungers over the water was wonderful."
"Despite the fact that we were generally satisfied with our stay, I would like to point out a few issues. First, the listing stated "ocean view from the window," which was a deciding factor for me in choosing this hotel over similar ones. However, in reality, the view from the window only includes palm trees, green vegetation, and an empty pool under renovation, which feels misleading. The second issue is with dinner. As I understood, you can choose one of two dining areas — "Mexican cuisine" or "Italian cuisine" — and once you've chosen Mexican, you can't order Italian. In our case, I chose the Mexican dining area, but my wife wanted Italian, so she wasn't able to order from the Italian menu, which was a bit disappointing. Running from one dining area to another is not a practical option."

"The property itself was beautiful location wise. The food was amazing. The staff was even better. Have to give a shout out to the staff at the Oriental restaurant, Edgar and Alejandra and Felix at the Mexican restaurant or by far the best."
"The property was a lot more outdated than pictured. the room we got was supposed to be Ocean view, but we only saw palm trees and the restaurant it’s sat too low to actually see the ocean and the door to our room butted up to the sewer and septic so the walk to your room smelled really really bad. Luckily we only used our room to sleep so it wasn’t a big deal for us. We were on the property and at the beach pretty much the whole time but if you were somebody that went to your room a lot or was in the room a lot you probably wouldn’t like it."
