"Nice place. Was closed to the main and a park.."
"That staff didnt told us food wasnt aloud on rooms😓 they just mentioned about the drinks and smoking. My husband felt like they told scold him when he was trying to take food inside and we didn’t know."
"Very good value for money. Great location, right downtown Cancun. The beds were super comfy. Very good A/C, lovely pool and hot water and good pressure in the shower. They had the best breakfast, highly recommend it✨✨At night there was some closed gate, so it felt a very safe place."

"I felt like everyone was watching me as there were signs everywhere "NO OUTSITE FOOD OR DRINKS ALLOWED"... bit weird as there was no shop insite only restaurant."

"Second stay ins the space of a week , was given a room better than the first time ( could open windows , no mould on bathroom crawling) a bit tired but plenty of plugs and very spacious , asked receptionist if they had luggage storage as our flight was late in the evening, was told luggage storage was only until 3 pm , next day another receptionist ( a lovely lady) told us there was no 3 pm cut off for storing luggage ."
"La ubicación es excelente siendo el centro de Cancún . Queda cerca de la plaza Palapas donde puedes encontrar eventos musicales todos los días, locales de comidas y artesanías. También queda cerca del mercado de 28. El barrio es muy tranquilo tanto de día como de noche queda muy cerca de restaurantes también. Además el personal es muy amable y el hotel cuenta con piscina."
"Tal vez si tuviera restaurante día y noche más por comodidad. Y que el baño tuviera más ventilación como un extractor de aire ya que nuestra habitación tenía una ventanilla que daba a los pasillos y de noche se llenaba de muchos mosquitos que ingresaban."
