"Oasis Palm truly delivered an exceptional experience. From the moment we checked in, the service was outstanding. Our rooms were generously sized and impeccably clean, and we consistently encountered helpful and friendly staff everywhere within the resort. The food was a definite standout; we dined at Dos Lunas, Maki Taco, and Cocoa, and every meal was prepared with excellent culinary skill. The resort boasts a picturesque beachfront setting, complete with comfortable chairs and hammocks perfect for soaking up the sun. We particularly appreciated the pristine condition of the beach, which had minimal sargassum compared to other areas of Cancun"

"Very nice hotel but little bit old , mainly the rooms need updating. I really liked the food and that is something that almost never happens when I’m at all inclusive hotel. I’m a vegetarian and they had many options to choose from. I never ate so much at a hotel 😂."
"The pool was not clean on some days and there was some work done on the walls right next to the pool so all the dirt was flying to the pool. I understand there is no good time to do this kind of work but they could have make some arrangements to avoid all the dirt flying to the pool. I really didn’t like the long queue for check in. We waited like an hour or maybe longer . So many people and the check in process was very slow. I have never seen this anywhere. After a 10 hour flight and 40 minutes ride from the airport we had to wait for another hour just to check in and then we had to move to another queue and wait there just to receive our room keys . I didn’t see any logic in that . Also there were too many people and we never found a sun bed. Maybe you can find some if you wake up at 6. Also there is always queue for breakfast . We had to wait for at least 20min just to go in because they will find a table for your group depending on how many people are together. So if you are first in the line but there is no table for 3 right now ,but there is a table for 4 ready- they will let other people go in. Queues by the bar all day. So I recommend to buy more drinks or drink the one you just bought waiting in a queue for another one. You will wait minimum 20-30min"
