"Fantastic, helpful staff. Great room service food (24h). Quiet, spacious, clean room. Location was perfect for Hyrox Cancún 2026, literally just across the street. Shout-out to Andrea from the front desk, she was super friendly, kind, and helpful."
"No isolated bed light; to turn in the bedside lamps you need to turn on the light at the entrance. Flimsy toilet seat, and poor toilet discharge capacity. The bed is firmer than medium. No smart TV, but they have great selection of channels (they were in Spanish, but I didn't try to change the language)."

"Great Stay at a Budget Hotel I recently stayed at this budget hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. There was always someone at the front desk, usually the owners, which made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveler. My room was small but to be expected; both the fridge and air conditioner worked silently, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The shower had warm water, which was a nice comfort. The hotel is well looked after and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown where all the music and action is. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay! "
