"Love the view. Close to things to do in Puerto Vallarta shop's and restaurants. Staff, when checked in, was very helpful. He fixed our TV problem and made many trips up and down the tons of stairs to do so. Close to dipping pool. Thanks"
"Didn't like the noise of the highway 200. TOO loud for us, stairs are OK, but tricky if you are unstable on your feet, stay away. If you can't do 75 stairs, plus that can be slippery when wet stay away. Needs a good cleaning around tile in bathrooms. Did smell intense cleaning products first day or two, did have a gecko in our sink. 😞 viva Mexico 🇲🇽"

"Very clean and perfectly adequate. View of ocean and of city was perfect. Easy to catch local buses. Short walk ( steep) to beach and boardwalk. Busy area felt safe. While I quite enjoy walking, and stairs don't bother me some people would find it challenging."

"Too many stairs. Put in an elevator. Manager/owner is isolated from the guests. She needs to connect with her customers. During the cartel attacks of the 22nd a meeting with the guests was important. Reassure the guests and explain the circumstances of the insecurity."
