Hotel Flamingo Merida

"Comfortable beds, good location"

"Reception staff wasn’t welcoming, no ventilation in room"

"not much"

"front desk staff surly, no pool available - I asked desk clerk if we could go to a neighboring Kavia hotel to use their pool and he laughed at me....the room was on a very busy street and it was very loud; air conditioner was weak ; and the day after we left the hotel and came back to our boat in Progreso, my son had dozens of bites - we think were bed bugs from the hotel...he has has a very bad"

"Near the city center"

"The photos do not reflect reality. The hotel is completely run-down. The room was spacious enough, but the bathroom was very small. The indoor pool is very dangerous and nothing like the cozy pictures online – loose mosaic tiles and many stones at the bottom make it unusable. The filter vacuums very hard, very dangerous for kids to get drown. The biggest inconvenient was that our room was on a very busy street, and we didn’t sleep at all. We asked for another room for the second night, but unfortunately, we never heard back. Sleepless nights..."

"A decent stay for the night, great location, and price quality good"

"Could be cleaner, and the room was in need of some repairs. A closeth for clothes would also be appreciated"

"Piscine Situation centre ville"

"Aucun."

"The room was really big, the bed was comfy and we also hung out by the pool."

"It wasn’t possible to open the blinds, which kinda leaves dark even thru the day time. Our room was towards the street, which made it really loud the night."

"Excellent location, clean"

"Shower missing a door so water was splashing the bathroom"

"Good location, walking distance to attractions, store and restaurants"

"The room is small and lighting was an issue as it seemed very dark. The indoor pool appeared unclean. On two occasions when we went out, upon trying to enter our room the key card didn't work. We had to get the key reprogramed twice. There was no sufficient bedding, just one sheet on the bed for us when housekeeping cleaned our room. May be we didn't tip the clean lady on those two days? The glass shower door was heavy and very difficult to slide open and close as the door was off the rollers or tracking system. Very tough for seniors to move the heavy glass door needed a lot of strength!"

"Location is perfect! Just 5 minutes from the Cathedral"

"The room! It had no windows and therefore humidity levels were way too high. You could also see that humidity problem on the walls. Dont come here if you have allergies like me. In addition there was a horrible smell coming out of the shower drain! Using the bathroom was definitely a bad experience."

"Location, cleanliness and great value."

"Shower was broken (Room 302)."
