"This is the third year we stay here and it is our favourite place in the city. The location is perfect with lots of great restaurants, cafes and ammenities within walking distance. We love the staff as they are really friendly and it does feel like being at home. They are building a lift shaft which will be a great addition!"

"This time there is a new club just across the road which is quite noisy at night as they end around 3am! This is not the hotel's fault of course but hopefully the club is more strictly regulated with noise standards. We only think that the kitchen and plates, cutlery etc could be refreshed, but hopefully in the next few years as we definitely plan to stay here every year we come back to visit family :)"

"The location is perfect, just near Glorieta Chapalita with lots of restaurants and shops. Comfort is also superb, it is quiet and friendly and feels very private. Staff were very responsive to our emails and someone was always at reception so it made it feel safe. The rooms are quite spacious and comfortable. We have stayed here multiple times and decided we will continue to stay here whenever we come back to GDL"

"It does feel a bit dated but it is also part of its charm. Perhaps the kitchen facilities and equipment could be upgraded soon."

JORGE NOS RECIBIÓ Y UN POCO MAS TARDE IVAN MUY AMABLE Y POR LA MAÑANA ISIDORO. HE VIAJADO MUCHO EN HOTELES DE 5 ESTRELLAS Y DE MENOS Y NUNCA HE RECIBIDO TAN BUENA ATENCIÓN, ES MAS YO SOY DUEÑO DE UN HOSTAL EN LA CDMX Y ME ENSEÑARON Y REGALARON UNA EXPERIENCIA MUY BONITA, QUE SI SE PUEDE ATENDER BIEN AL HUESPED. FELICITO AL HOTEL SUITES INTERNACIONAL, ESTOS TRES SEÑORES SE MERECEN UN RECONOCIMIENTO. QUEDO A SUS ORDENES ALFONSO DIAZ INFANTE"

"No desayune en el Hotel, pero la ubicacion del hotel me parecio perfecto para acudir a mi cita del Consulado de los Estados Unidos, recomiendo pidan taxi en la recepcion si no quieren usar su vehiculo, pero tengan cuidado con los taxis amarillos locales, se aprovechan y te cobran lo doble de lo que te cobra un taxi por aplicacion Uber."
