"The hotel's location is excellent, I loved it! Highly recommend Polanco. The customer service was very good, the hotel's social areas were very clean, and the hotel's atmosphere was super welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and there's a great variety of restaurants and museums nearby. 100% recommended!"

"There are many hotels around the world, but few create the feeling that Hotel Serafín does. The moment you walk through the door, you’re welcomed like family. The team here is incredibly considerate — always attentive, always caring — and they truly make sure you’re looked after from morning to night. The property itself carries a charming Hacienda-style character: simple, rustic, and full of authentic warmth. It’s not about flashy luxury — it’s about genuine atmosphere and human connection. And that combination is what makes this place stand out. For me, Hotel Serafín has become one of my absolute favourite places in the world. It’s the kind of place you never really want to leave… and can’t wait to return to. Highly recommended. ❤️✨"

"One had one problem we arrived just after 3 pm but we had to wait over 30 minutes for a room to be allocated, but no apology given or information updated. That was not good service in my opinion"
