"The hotel's location is excellent, I loved it! Highly recommend Polanco. The customer service was very good, the hotel's social areas were very clean, and the hotel's atmosphere was super welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, and there's a great variety of restaurants and museums nearby. 100% recommended!"

And that combination is what makes this place stand out. For me, Hotel Serafín has become one of my absolute favourite places in the world. "One had one problem we arrived just after 3 pm but we had to wait over 30 minutes for a room to be allocated, but no apology given or information updated. That was not good service in my opinion"

"Great Stay at a Budget Hotel I recently stayed at this budget hotel and was pleasantly surprised by how clean it was. There was always someone at the front desk, usually the owners, which made me feel very welcome and safe as a solo traveler. My room was small but to be expected; both the fridge and air conditioner worked silently, allowing me to get a good night's sleep. The shower had warm water, which was a nice comfort. The hotel is well looked after and it is only a 10-15 minute walk to downtown where all the music and action is. Highly recommended for a budget-friendly yet comfortable stay! "

"This hotel is in the perfect location. It is very close to restaurants, stores and market as well as transportation and beaches. It is in an extremely quiet neighborhood, no barking dogs or roosters. The setup of the building is perfect to create a sanctuary around the pool area."
