"キンタ・アベニーダから道を一つ入ったところにあり、立地がとても良かったのにも関わらず、夜は静かでよく眠ることができました。パティオにあったバスタブもお湯がきちんと出て、歩き疲れた足を休めることができました。 スタッフは皆とても親切で、トゥルム行きのコンビがどこから出ているのかの情報も教えていただきました。 また、最終日にアクシデントでアイロンを壊してしまった際も、とても親切な対応をしていただきました。 Está en una calle de la Quinta Avenida y está muy bien ubicado, pero no hubo ruido en la noche y pude descansar muy bien. Me gustó la tina que tiene en el patio ya que sale agua caliente y pude descansar mis pies. También los trabajadores son muy amables sobre todo me enseñaron de dónde salen los combis a Tulum. Además cuando les dije que rompí una plancha por error, me atendieron con mucha amabilidad."

"The room was spacious and was equipped with a kitchenette. I had warm water in the shower, which seems not to be the case in many other accommodations in this region of Playa del Carmen. The staff was extremely friendly."

"This time there is construction or dismantling work going in the neighborhood, but the works are not active over the entire night. However, this is a thing that the hotel keeper may not able to interfere very effectively."

"The room/apartment was enormous and included a balcony, a very large bed, a living room area, a kitchen, a TV, an outdoor table, an indoor coffee table, and complimentary coffee on the first day. Although the facilities look somewhat run down from the reception area, the accommodation itself is actually excellent. It is right in the centre of everything, about 7 to 8 minutes on foot from the ferry to Cozumel and roughly the same distance to the ADO terminal. Everything is nearby, including scuba diving centres, restaurants, and nightlife. What stood out most was how remarkably quiet it was despite the central location, which was a very pleasant surprise. Overall, it was excellent value for money. I travelled solo, but it would be even better for two people."

"There is not much negative to say. The decor could benefit from an update, and the door to the balcony did not lock properly despite several attempts. The shower water pressure was not great, but these are relatively minor issues. One area for improvement would be providing better guidance for guests regarding food options. During my stay, the reception staff I asked were not able to offer more than one local recommendations for breakfast or dinner. While it is easy to look things up online, I had hoped for local advice. That said, the receptionists and cleaners were kind and pleasant throughout. Overall, there was very little to complain about. Also, do not expect beautiful views from the balcony."
