"Excellent Hotel, Staff, Services, Location, Food, Breakfast. Really Enjoyed my Stay. I would highly recommend this Hotel to anybody travelling to Pemba. Airport pick-up and drop-off service was also helpful. Raphael Hotel has done well, and hopefully will continue to do well, because of their outstanding service."

"The Wi-Fi is very weak. The air conditioning in room 1160 was not cold. But it is worth recognizing the effort of the staff to resolve the issue. The power in the room went out after I plugged in my laptop and it was only after two hours that they suggested to change rooms."

"The wifi system is very outdated and you barely have any network. They also provided their own exchange rate when it was time to pay and charged in MZN instead of the dollar amount from Booking.com. That can be an issue to be prepared for."
