"The room was clean. Spacious enough to move around, especially for a single individual. The service was excellent. The reception was fantastic. The food was good and tasty, maybe the stew was slightly salty but still enjoyable."

"When a guest extends their stay, it brings additional revenue to the hotel. Therefore, their requests should be handled with atleast above-average service to enhance their experience. Moreover, professional hotel standards do not rush a guest out, especially when they have already paid for an extra six hours due to a late check-out beyond 12 PM. Instead of pressuring a guest to leave simply because another guest is arriving, the appropriate approach is to charge them for the additional hours spent while ensuring a smooth transition for incoming guests. Rushing a guest out in an unprofessional manner can negatively impact the hotel’s reputation and overall guest satisfaction."

"The hotel staff are welcoming and very helpful in attending to our needs and requests. I was traveling and needed to leave for the airport at 1:30am, I couldn't get a cab or Uber easily but the hotel staff was helpful in getting me a taxi which means a lot to me. The hotel is generally nice with comfy room and environment. I really enjoyed my stay there and will definitely try it again and again as the need arises."
