"Both Rex and Julieta were excellent hosts and gave us tips and ideas of what to do and where to go. The location was about a 10 minute walk in to the centre of Rivas and 15mins to the bus terminal."

"It was a nice little spot close to the centre of town. The owner was great at helping out with regards in heading to the Costa Rican border. Bed was comfy, room was good."

"Great hospitality as a solo traveler. I really enjoyed my stay. Rex and Julietta were incredibly welcoming and made me feel at home right away. The location in Rivas is definitely worth it and a perfect place to experience the real Nicaragua. It’s authentic, friendly, and a great spot to get a taste of local life. I can definitely recommend staying here!"

"Friendly owner. Sell the place as what it is. Nothing special but a good price and comfy beds. Therefore recommend this place for a few nights in Rivas. Internet works well and could check in early. Would book again, because of this refreshing honest place."

They were very gracious and responsive in accommodating us on short notice, were generous with upgrades ... and just like during our last stay, it was a 10/10 experience.
