"行動や言動に暖かみを感じる対応をしてくださいます。 チェックイン時に喫煙スペースを聞いたところ、案内はもちろんしてくれましたが、お部屋をバルコニー付きに変えてくださいました。 朝食は、コーヒーと卵料理をそれぞれに用意してくれ、タイミングをみておかわりのコーヒーを聞きにきてくれました。"
