"There is no shower mat and on the last morning I slipped and twisted my knee, which is now very painful. The surface of the shower should be dimpled at least to prevent that kind of thing - or provide a shower mat!"

"I stayed in this hotel many times for work between 2001 and 2018 and always found it excellent in every way. I returned this weekend to attend an event, wondering if it would still be as good. It is. It's excellent in every way and the staff are very kind and helpful. We also ate there for a special occasion and food was really special."
