"The room was small yet clean and comfortable. The shower had hot water. The accommodations are safe. There was a stupa facing my room which I could see from a large wooden window. The area has lots of shops and restaurants from which to choose. The host was very responsive and extremely helpful with my baggage and other requests. For the price, this is a great deal."

"My stay at K2 Homes was amazing. The area where the hotel is quiet and beautiful and you get a good mix of insights of local life and the heritage placed of Kathmandu. Just while talking a walk in the area there is so much art and traditional as well as present culture to explore. The rooms are spacey with a great view, clean and a very helpful service from the owner. Would definitely come back!"

"Suits a long stay and as such we stayed much longer than our initial booking. Spacious layout with comforty double bed, work desk and cupboards corner, also kitchenette, and ensuite, plus a sofa and coffee table area. Lots of light from windows (with some sun around noon). Heater and electric blanket in winter. Great- pressure on hot shower. Close to center, but located in a quiet side lane. Helpful owner."

"All good. (But some folks may not like the nearby temple bells that are rung (lightly and occasionally) between 5-6 am ... You will probably sleep thru them.)"

"I hate to rate it down as the girl on reception is lovely, kind and really helpful. The room and beds were clean, but bathroom not so good, no hot water and electrics look a little dodgy, bed lights didn't seem to work and tv plug looked dodgy so didn't try to plug it in. Kitchen kindly made breakfast early when i had to leave early in morning. Good breakfast and lovely people just needs tlc. The pigeons on the roof are very noisy on top floor."

"スタッフが最高。家族で力を合わせている姿に胸打たれた。人に尽くすことを普段からしているからそうなるのだと思った。私の２０kgの荷物巣ぉ４階まで親子で運んでくれた。チェックアウトの時も朝早いのに起きて下まで運んでくれたり。本当に優しさがつまっていて、私はもっと滞在してもいいと思った。部屋はシンプルで落ち着いていてランプも暖色で落ち着けた。寒い時期だったけど毛布かけて暖かくして寝れた。あとぽからに行くまでのバスもいいものをとってくれて人に頼るのはとてもいいことだと実感した。ここで働いている全ての人の印象が良すぎた。"

"The staff was really friendly and helpful providing us with good tips regarding hiking and arranging us a ride to the starting point of our trek. They also offered to safeguard some of our stuff we didn’t need for the trek and helped us book bus tickets. The rooftop swimming pool and terrace where we had our breakfast were lovely. The shower in the room had hot water and excellent water pressure, the room was also warm and comfortable."
