"Perfect location right in the middle of Thamel. Everything you need is at walking distance, but because the appartment is situated on a side street its quiet and relaxing. You will have a full rooftop just for yourself, great to enjoy some sun or work if you’re a remote worker like me. Hosts are helpful and will assist you with any issue. Overall it was a great stay and I highly recommend it"

"This is by far the best budget, self sustained stay in Kathmandu. The kitchen is fully functional if you’re willing to buy a few ingredients. The water is hot and there is a smart tv. All facilities at the property work well and the host is happy to help if you need anything during your stay. There is a small balcony as well as a private rooftop all to yourself. It feels very safe in the property as it is tucked down an alley way even though you are a short walk to the main roads in town. There is no shortage of restaurants or grocers in the area. If I come back to KTM, I would definitely choose to stay here again for this price."

"No broom or cleaning products available so it is difficult to keep the house clean after a few days without spending money."

"The place was nice and clean. Had internet access, and everything else you can wish for in an apartment. feels like your home away from your home. Host was grateful and polite. A peaceful place to enjoy your vacation."

"1時間以内の急な予約にも関わらず快く対応してくれました。体調が悪くフルーツしか食べられない時カッティングボードなどを貸してくれました。スタッフはとても良い人たちでした。ただここに行くまでの道は野犬が比較的多めで持ち帰りのホットフードを持って歩くのは危険でした。"
