"共用ですが、部屋の前にテーブルとイスを備えた広いテラスがあり、おやつを食べたり、部屋の中だけではなく、朝夕とゆったり過ごすことができました。朝は鳥の鳴き声もあり、レイクサイド中心地の雑踏から逃れることが出来る良い場所にあるお宿だと思います！入口レセプションにはいつも同じスタッフとワンちゃんが寝そべっていて、スタッフと言葉を交わすことはほとんどありませんでしたが、通り過ぎる度に微笑みかけてくれました！ 部屋の中もテラスも綺麗に掃除されており、熱いお湯も出て、寒さ、暑さを感じることもなく、快適でした。屋上もありますよ！（3月下旬滞在）"

"I just want to say a huge thank you to the staff at this hotel for making my friend's stay so lovely. The receptionist was so sweet to my friend who has Autism - he can't usually stay still for very long and so wanders around a lot - the receptionist was kind and welcoming and even showed him where the shops were so that he could go and buy items as he was afraid of a dog around the corner. The hotel itself is completely gorgeous, with the best shower that we had all trip. It's really luxurious and I was blown away by the look of the rooms. The rooms are on the square so I expected noise, but we all slept really well. The hotel has old, narrow steps so just be aware of that if you are tall like my friend! Communication was brilliant and they were super helpful in all aspects. I really recommend this place to stay and I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you so much!"
