"毎日清掃に入ってくれて、午後の遅めの時間でもお願いすれば清掃してくれたのがありがたかったです。また、プールやスパもあり、タオルもどんどん貸してくれたので快適でした。"

"Spa didn't work properly, jets only worked on 1 side. Didn't matter tho the temperature was perfect. No ventilation in bathroom."

"Fantastic location, with the lake immediately across the road and shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Complementary upgrade to a lake view room was a lovely surprise."

"The management was the most incredible that we have ever had the pleasure to work with. Julie is so personable, helpful and a pleasure to deal with at all times. The room, kitchen, bedroom, beds, bathroom were all suited with complete attention to detail...there is absolutely nothing else to think of that would have improved our stay. Julie assisted us with planning activities, booking, making perfect recommendations and we could have stayed at their place for weeks with total satisfaction. The apartment was close to downtown and we walked several times a day along the beach both to downtown and to the Waitangi treaty grounds. If I could rate our stay with 20 stars, I would definitely have done so!! We can't wait to return some time in the near future...look no further than the gateway motel and apartments...you won't regret it, that I can assure you!!"
