"The location was handy, the accommodation was very homely, clean and tidy! And the owners were lovely. If I were to visit New Plymouth, I would definitely stay here. Our stay was super comfortable and felt like home away from home."

"This apartment is in the gardens of the hosts house, but is secluded and private. It is obvious that a great deal of thought has gone into the design and fitting-out, with a great attention to even the little details. Good quality fittings, furnishings and appliances throughout. A very comfortable stay for the 2 nights we were here."

"The location of this house was quiet and just outside of town for a mere 7 minute drive to city centre. There was a great view of farmland to Maunga Taranaki. Although neighbours are close the home feels private. The house is homely and modern at the same time and the sliders in the lounge and bedroom are perfectly faced toward the gardens."

"I loved the whole place, was so beautiful, would like to thank the owners I never saw them but thank you guys so much, I picked the perfect weekend to finally summit mount taranaki along with the perfect location, nice, beautiful, cosy and relaxing, I would love to rebook again as there is so much more to explore in your beautiful neighborhood New Plymouth, The Aviator is an outstanding 10 out of 10, thank you so much 😊"

"If you are looking for an exceptional place to stay on the Coromandel peninsula, this is it. The Lodge is quite large with everything you could need: kitchenette, couch and TV, comfy bed, large bathroom (tub + huge shower), terrace and the a spectacular view of Whitianga! As you would expect, it was very quiet, and the layout is such that, that you can enjoy total privacy. Carol and Warren were very welcoming and we had a nice chat every morning with Warren as he brought us a lovely breakfast. The road up the lodge is fairly steep but it wasn't an issue at all, so if you have a decent car I wouldn't worry about it. While in our particular case, we didn't have the best weather throughout the stay, we appreciated that the lodge is furnished so as to feel like home, which made for a cozy day in. I could tell that there was a lot of thought put into the furnishing and decorating of the lodge!"
