Set on lovely private gardens, these log style chalets are located 3 minutes’ drive from Alexandra. There is a seasonal swimming pool and a BBQ area. All chalets offer a private patio and a fully equipped kitchen. Guests have access to a self-service laundry and free on-site parking. There are free transfers to and from the Rail Trail. Each wooden chalet offers a living room with a sofa and a flat-screen TV with digital channels. Heating and electric blankets are included. Central Chalets Ltd are 5 minutes’ drive from Clyde. The Queenstown and Wanaka ski fields are a 90-minute drive away.

"A clean, bright and spacious Chalet close to vineyards, Alexander and Clyde. Bed was comfortable and kitchen allowed us to have our own breakfast. The spa was great we were able to pick our own fruit on the property. ☺️"

"場所はわかりやすい。幹線道路沿いに Motel の道路標識が出ている。アパートタイプではなく部屋ごとに独立した棟になっており静か。部屋の目の前まで車の乗り入れ可。 部屋は広く、レストラン2人掛けぐらいの大きさのイスとテーブル、2人掛けのソファー、ダブルベッド、TV。フルキッチン付き、冷蔵庫と電子レンジ、電気ポット、IHコンロ付き。冷蔵庫にビン入りミルク、他にコーヒー紅茶が用意されている。暖房あり、12月末に泊まったが結構寒く暖房入れた。シャワーブースとトイレも使いやすい。コンセントはAU/NZ型(ハの字)が部屋内に数か所。WiFiは快適に使用できた。"

"After a busy day of driving from Hokitika, we decided to split our drive to Kaikoura by staying at this hotel for one evening. Upon check-in the young woman clearly explained the restaurant hours, breakfast plan and how to use the outdoor jacuzzi which we definitely utilized for star-gazing later that evening. Since the hotel is literally in the middle of mountains and valleys and rivers, the views from the hotel/restaurant/villa were fantastic. We spent a few hours star-gazing the Milky Way which is our passion and one of the objectives for staying here for the evening. Given the hotel's location, the restaurant menu was quite limited which is a shame but understood given its remoteness. Lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel for those considering....."
