"The staff are so kind and accomodating, very friendly and warm people! I have a gluten allergy, so the staff helped cater to my needs for breakfast. The location was excellent, right in the heart of Cusco (however it can be noisy if you’re a very light sleeper)."

"I had issues with my shower which was disappointing, however after speaking to the staff, they happily changed my room at no extra cost. Muchas gracias!"

"Em frente a praça maior, dá pra conhecer vários lugares turísticos próximo, funcionários simpáticos, cama confortável, se for passar o dia fora do hotel recomendo pela localização, sinal de Wi-Fi bom."

"O chão era de madeira e fazia barulho o tempo todo, quarto frio, banheiro era compartilhado e tinha que pedir pra ligar para esquentar o chuveiro isso era incômodo. Não vi café da manhã quando estávamos lá, nem informaram nada."
