The staff (In particular Michelle at front desk and Kelvin driving the transfer bus) were very professional, helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was well looked after during the three stays at the hotel I did a couple of weeks ago."

"The apartment did not look like the photos- some of the things like couch bed for eg, was not in the apartment. The door did not lock securely. It was very noisy - a lot of drunk guests screaming loudly obscene words on the corridor, and there was no good lighting outside the rooms. Some of us with vision impairment found it quite challenging to navigate around."
