"The hotel was absolutely amazing – modern, spotlessly clean, and in a fantastic location right next to Ocean Nine. It’s a little further north than the busy tourist road, so you’ll need a tricycle or scooter to get around, but I actually preferred the quieter setting. It’s only a short 5–10 minute ride to the main tourist area, yet you get the peace and calm of being away from the crowds. The hotel looks directly out onto the beach, literally just 10 seconds away. It’s perfect for swimming and has the most incredible sunsets. The staff were outstanding – so friendly and genuinely helpful. They went above and beyond, helping me hire a scooter, organising airport pick-up and drop-off, and even letting me pre-order breakfast early on the morning of my island-hopping tour. I honestly can’t recommend this hotel highly enough – everything about my stay was amazing!"

"My partner and I stayed at this hotel for 15 days. We truly felt at home. Everything was very clean and well kept. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful. Breakfast was complete and delicious, with plenty of options. And many thanks to Julio and his friends (🐕🦮🐾😻) for always coming to give us affection and being the best company. We will definitely be back and we couldn’t recommend it more."

"The hotel is brand new and located very close to cloud nine. You have shops and restaurants around. The stuff is very friendly, helpful and understanding. The room was beautiful and the hotel is located at the oceanfront."
"There were still some constructions as the hotel is very new. For us the AC was too loud we could barely sleep when it was on but the staff made everything to make our stay as pleasant as possible."

"Hałas. Hotel jest na uboczu ale w pokoju jest strasznie głośno przez klimatyzację i generator na zewnątrz. Ale taki chyba urok Filipin. Trochę daleko od centrum General luna, jeśli ktoś chciałby sobie poimprezować. Ale zawsze można skorzystać z tuk tuka więc nie jest to jakiś duży problem."

"All the service personnel, very professional and very helpful, they are wonderful!!! They guy that did our check in on arrival was so nice and kind. I fully recommend this place."
"The room does not have any mirror outside, just one little one inside the bathroom, I felt like it was missing one beside the TV, maybe? Also there is a bad smell sometimes, coming from the sink or toilet, not sure where, but it's horrible, it's not all the time but sometimes it does. Those two things I feel can get better, that's why I'm giving it 9 and not a 10. The best of it all it's definitely the service personnel, very happy about them."
