"Fantastic stay! The hotel is beautifully located by the river, offering peaceful views and easy access to the city’s main attractions. The staff were welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. Highly recommended!"

"Excellent buffet breakfast: wide range of choices, from traditional Polish food (salads, sweets) to English breakfast. I loved fresh homemade 100% fruit smoothies and the view from the restaurant terrace! Rooms looking at the river have nice view. Free water, coffee and tea in rooms every day. Great value for money for Krakow. Quiet location, outside the main tourist area, but still not far away (15-20 min. on foot), with tram stop just in front of the Hotel. A 24-hour reception with helpful staff!"

"Rooms on the top floor are more beautiful and seem recently renovated, while rooms (or some of them, at least mine) on the lower floors would benefit from a renovation (old furniture). The Hotel doesn´t have its own reception, but uses the reception of the Nebieski Art Hotel & Spa (literally next building with the same entrance from the street), which is not a problem, but it would be nice if the Blue Swan´s guest had free access to the Spa facilities."
