"Location - perfect."

"Facilities: not enough of electrical outlet for charging devices and they installed in inconvenient places. No coffee or tea machine, small TV with limited channel selection, especially international ones, poor hairdrayer, there was no separate hair conditioner or body lotion. Old fashioned and tasteless interior."

"I upgraded myself to the apartment and it was stunning - the design is dedicated for new wedded, however I had the best time just relaxing by myself. The property is allover nicely designed and located by the river."

"Nice, spacious, clean rooms with all comforts. Perfect for a work trip. Rich sweet and savoury breakfast served in the restaurant area. Well located next to the river, but weather was foggy and we were there only for short time, so didn't get the chance to see it."

"The location and views were beautiful! I loved how it’s next to the bridge it looks lovely at night and you can take a walk down the river, there’s a little bar and a view point too really lovely and close to town etc, the inside of the hotel was lovely too and the staff - the lady was really lovely! The breakfast even though small had a really good selection I really enjoyed it! The room was super clean, the cleanest 3* I’ve ever seen I will give them that! Haha I usually feel a bit uncomfortable in bathrooms due to the cleaning but this one was pristine. Great free private parking with lots of space too really hadny"

"The bed was small for 2 people especially as my boyfriend is 6ft 😅 he didn’t have the best sleep and we did need to ask for an extra pillow, the worst thing was the blinds, they weren’t very good at keeping the light out so I kept on waking up at 5am feeling like I have someone shining a flashlight in my eyes, the curtains leave a gap in the middle with thin white curtains so the light completely comes through👎 and someone kept on slamming the door multiple times in a row either near us or downstairs, which kept on waking us up, not great! But we did have a generally great time"

"There is an open air club next to the rooms, the music stopped at 1am, when checking in with 2 kids they should have changed room to quieter area, in the morning another family was checking out also with kids and they were next to our room. Impossible to sleep until music finished."

"Internet is slow which could cause issues for business travellers. Rooms need black out blinds or similar as they are bright at night due to street lighting and curtains that don't fully close."
