The Hotel Conde d`Águeda is located in the Conde de Águeda garden, in the heart of the city, next to the most famous streets in Portugal, known for its suspended umbrellas and events such as the Agitagueda festival and the largest Santa Claus in the world next to the river. It is located in the center of the city's entertainment district and close to the Alta Villa romantic park. The hotel has a lounge bar, serving a variety of drinks and light snacks, a restaurant, bar and terrace on the 5th floor with panoramic views of the countryside and city. All rooms with contemporary decor in earth tones include a private bathroom, closet, wardrobe, desk and sofa, individual air conditioning. Additionally, each room has an LCD TV, telephone, minibar and free 無線Lan. Every morning a buffet breakfast is served on the 5th floor and on the terrace with panoramic views and the famous street of colorful hats. The best bars and restaurants in the city are right next to the hotel. The hotel is 500 meters from the train station and a 45-minute drive from Porto Airport. There is parking on the closed site.

"We only visited Agueda to see the Christmas lights - Christmas lights decorating were fine but not much else to do in Agueda. The hotel has packing for your car if driving."

Hotel has a great rooftop bar/breakfast area. Same no one using it but you can access the outdoor space up here with panoramic views of town."

"The location -walking distance to the beach was great. Peaceful atmosphere, very chill. Very well equipped with everything you need. Magnificent views from the room. Friendly staff, although it was off-season so everything was a little slow."

"Quiet, clean, comfy, friendly, good breakfast that has everything one could think of. Hikers of the fisherman trail should consider the small detour to reach this outstanding place. We hitched there and the very friendly hosts drove us back the next morning (~2km)."
