"ロケーションはボリャン市場のすぐ近くにあり、本当に最高だった。 電気調理器具があり、Pingo Doce で食材を買い、海鮮リゾットを作ったり、オーブンでピザを焼いたり、肉を焼いて食べ、手軽にポルトガルの食材を堪能する事が出来た。 ポルトに来たら、また泊まりたいと思う。"

"良くなかったというか、改善点です。 １．Booking.comでの鍵の受け渡しのメッセージは日本を出発する前に欲しかった。 ポルトの空港に着いてから電車に乗りTrindate に着き、グーグルマップを見ながらなんとか宿に辿り着いたけれども、スタッフは見当たらなかったので、電話をかけたらメッセージをBooking.comで送っているという事だった。内容を確認してなんとか鍵を入手できたが、電話を使える状態にしていなかったら、大変困難な状況になっていたのだと思った。 ２．電気器具を使い過ぎで朝の7時頃にブレーカーが落ちてしまった。電話で夜勤のスタッフにブレーカーの位置を確認したのだけれど、ブレーカーの位置がわからず、9時になったらスタッフが来るという事だったのに、スタッフは10時になっても来なかった。電話すると夜勤の人から日勤の人に引き継ぎがされておらず、日勤の人が清掃スタッフに対応するように伝えてくれて、ようやくブレーカーを上げる事が出来た。ブレーカーは鏡の裏にあり、鏡を開閉できるとは気づかなかった。夜勤の人が日勤の人に引継ぎをきちんとしていたら、もっと早く対応できていたのにと思った。"

"Late check in costs 9 euros.. Apparently in the small print but not experienced this before Were messaged would be met at premises. Didn't happen, had to phone to get access Property is above metro, can hear the trains below.. Light sleepers might want ear plugs"

".In the kitchen the only empty shelves for groceries was too high so perhaps a shelf by the microwave? During the day the street is very noisy but quiet at night. Also closing the kitchen window decreased the street noise."
