Set in the quiet village of Vale Judeu, Casa do Alto offers the tranquillity of the Algarvean countryside whilst being a 10-minute drive from the beaches and golf courses of Vilamoura. All the rooms were recently renovated and feature free WiFi, a private bathroom, a satellite TV and air conditioning. Daily cleaning, towels and fresh linen twice a week are included. Beach towels available upon request. A homemade breakfast is served at the restaurant or on the terrace outside. In the evening, guests are welcome to enjoy some beverages, small snacks and relax on the terrace. Surrounded by a lush garden, Casa do Alto features a swimming pool and a terrace by a pond. Free parking is available on site.

"This is a very special place. It's in the countryside but very close to Vilamoura. It's a very calm and tranquil place. No fighting for sunbeds here. Friendly staff. Guests can buy provisions and enjoy a glass of wine by the pool. Communal areas offer a shared fridge. There are lovely apartments too. The rates for the winter are especially good"

"The location -walking distance to the beach was great. Peaceful atmosphere, very chill. Very well equipped with everything you need. Magnificent views from the room. Friendly staff, although it was off-season so everything was a little slow."

"Quiet, clean, comfy, friendly, good breakfast that has everything one could think of. Hikers of the fisherman trail should consider the small detour to reach this outstanding place. We hitched there and the very friendly hosts drove us back the next morning (~2km)."
