"Zeer aardige mensen, gezellige kamer met uitzicht. Heerlijk ontbijt en goed eten 's avonds. Geweldige locatie, mooi dorp hoog in de bergen, met dorpscafe, lekkere bakker en kleine kruidenier. 2 kleine prachtige wandelingen , goed gemarkeerd. 1 rondje met waterval en vervallen klooster van 1,5 uur en een rondje van 4 uur naar Capela de sao J de Fraga. Onderweg wilde paarden en geen mens ( begin sept) Slim om vooraf informatie in te winnen of wandelkaart mee, alhoewel Komoot ook goed zn werk deed hier."

"Não tenho palavras, a Albertina é do melhor que pude encontrar no meio da minha travessia do Gerês. Estava a 3 dias no interior da serra do Gerês, sem ver ninguém e a pernoitar nas montanhas. Assim que cheguei, senti me em casa, comi bem e fui recebido como um membro da família. Como estava a solo, trocamos algumas histórias. Recomendo a todos que passem por pitoes! Certamente vou voltar"

"Very nice place. Very quiet, in the middle of horses. It was so nice to sit on the veranda and soak in the atmosphere. The veranda is also very nicely sheltered from the wind."

"Cosy room.in a traditional old farm building. The table by the swimming pool had a fabulous vista down the valley to Vizela and beyond; perfect for watching the sunset directly ahead whilst bats fly around and sipping the delicious wine made by the family. We regret not bringing some home! The owner went the extra mile for us, for example taking our laundry and ironing even in the middle of a heatwave"

"The proprietor was wonderful. The common outside areas were very beautiful. The common inside area was a museum—-super interesting. The restaurant was very, very good! Fantastic! The rooms are just OK—clean and comfortable but little charm. Would definitely stay here again. Happily accomodated our bicycles in a secure room. Overall—super, just super!"
