"Price was very good. Cleanliness was exceptional. Situation in the old centre is spot on, cozy apartment with everything you need. Even though we never met the staff, we were well covered and they never missed a single bit of information that we may have needed. And they were friendly."

"The place is big and clean. The location is perfect. The sofa bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning/heater works great. The dishwasher is very convenient. The attention to the detail is very much appreciated: we had olive oil, salt, dish soap, emergency kit, hair dryer, clothing rack, and kitchen supplies. The TV is smartTV so we could watch a movie without a problem. The shower has abundant and warm water without any mess!"

"Location next to Sintra Palace. Large apartment with two bathrooms and very well equipped kitchen. We were there in November. The apartment had a single HVAC unit in the hallway. It took a while to heat up the place but overall it was not cold . The shower was comfortable and had heated radiators in both bathrooms. No issues with hot water. Very communicative owner. The place has a potential to be more cozy by adding nicer curtains, colors on the walls, or paintings. Overall, a comfortable place to stay for a few days."

"The doorknob inside on suite bathroom was loose, posing a risk of getting stuck inside. Also a faint smell of dampness was noticeable upon entering the apartment. The curtain rod was hanging in an odd place, near the headboard. It could be dangerous if someone leaned against it forcefully."

"-the sink in the bathroom had an issue, only a very small ray of water would come out of it. This was specially annoying when brushing our teeth. -the mattress was not very comfortable, me and my wife woke up with back pain for 2 days -Because it is an apartment there is no place to keep luggage after check-out. Luckily you can drop your bags at the tourism office nearby (till 18:00) -Not so much the fault of the hotel, but beware that bringing a car into Sintra is quite useless. You can only enter the centre to drop your bags and pick it up, and you can not drive yourself to the main sights (Pena Palace, Quinta da Regaleira, Castelo dos Mouros)"
