"The room was fairly clean. The only issues were that the air conditioner didn’t work very well, and we were given an insufficient number of towels. After we requested additional towels for all guests, they were not provided, which was, of course, unpleasant. The breakfasts were quite tasty. They also prepared hot scrambled eggs with bacon, which was delicious. There were fresh fruits as well, and they were also good. The hotel’s location is decent, but it’s quite a long walk to the metro, which honestly isn’t very convenient. There are bus stops nearby too, but reaching them is also not very comfortable. Therefore, we used taxis, especially in the evening, as returning to the hotel on foot wasn’t very pleasant. On the street where the hotel is located, there is an abandoned building, and the area feels quite deserted. Therefore, it’s better to plan your trip considering that you will get to and from the hotel either by your own car or by taxi."
"When we arrived at the hotel and checked into our room, the staff didn’t seem particularly friendly. They smiled, but it didn’t feel genuine, and they were constantly talking among themselves. I’m not sure what the real reason was, but the overall impression was not very pleasant. When we went up to the room and noticed that the number of towels didn’t match the number of guests, we were told, “Okay, we’ll bring you the towels.” However, in the end, we never received the correct number of towels. Overall, everything was fine, but these negative aspects slightly affected our overall impression."
