"The apartment is repurposed attic space, so be cautious as parts of the ceiling are at a lower level and you might hit your head ;)."

"Great views. Very comfortable space - big living areas and nice small kitchen. Great location - near tons of restaurants and stores. Great and responsive hosts."

"We were told we could not check in until 3 PM. We did request early check in and were told no. Understandable. We did ask if we could drop the bags off and they said they could not accommodate that request and gave us the closest bag storage. Understandable. When we got to the property the host messaged us and asked when we would arrive. We had already advised, on booking.com that we would be arriving early. We told them we were already there waiting (around noon) and they said they would be right over to let us in. The property has plenty of room on the ground floor to put in luggage storage and would be a great amenity. Secondly we did request a crib, which booking.com said they would have, and when we got there they did not have it, but the person that let us in went and got one and brought it to us. I believe and based on other issues we had with other booking.com bookings this is a booking.com issue. The hosts were great, booking.com is the issue. I don't think we'll book through booking.com again. Lastly the bed is not that comfortable. We have an airbnb and would be happy to recommend a much more comfortable mattress."

"Die eindrucksvolle Maisonette-Wohnung hat eine tolle Lage im Bairro Alto, nur wenige Meter von den Ausgeh-Straßen entfernt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr ansprechend und geschmackvoll, vom Dachfenster in der oberen Etage hat man einen super Ausblick auf die Stadt. Das Bett ist bequem und man hat direkt neben dem Schlafzimmer ein En-Suite-Bad mit Dusche und WC. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Direkt anschließend ein geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Esszimmer mit einem schönen Eisentisch. Und daneben noch ein Wohnbereich mit Sofa und großem TV. Direkt am Eingang ist noch ein Badezimmer mit WC, Bidet und Badewanne."

"The place is in a perfect location, walkable to downtown Lisbon and the waterfront. It was very clean, the host greeted us with keys right on time. For 50 Euros we got early check-in, which was very very helpful. The views from the upstairs loft area are incredible. Great couch and TV, small kitchen but has everything you need with washing machine. Bed is comfortable -- BUT this is an attic apartment so sloping ceilings are EVERYWHERE."

"This place will not work if you are tall due to the eaves. We bonked our heads a million times getting in and out of bed, using the bathroom. The apartment is up 50+ stairs, and to get to the loft is another 10 stairs with no hand railing, very steep. If you have ANY mobility issue at all, you will not be happy. If you are a young couple, it is a fun, romantic place to stay."
