"Our friendly and informative host made us feel comfortable and welcome. The accommodation is nice and new. The swimming pool is big and clean. Beautiful area with easy access to Piribebuy and other towns. We had a lovely stay!"

"Jazmin was kind and considerate. She asked what I would like for breakfast and - exceeding any expectation - provided cereal and a large bowl of multiple varieties of fruit and more. If you have a car there is a remote to enter the property space and park safely. There is a circular metal staircase to access the second floor from the outside so take care if you have mobility issues. The bed is comfortable. The space is large with an ample terrace. The house is not properly featured on the location map and the gps takes you further up the road (to 6000 Calle Ukrania) if you click on the directions so be sure to check with Jazmin before you arrive. The area is not on the busy side of the river so it’s a car ride or 25/30 mins walk ( or more) to the main costanera and S. Jose beach (I don’t recommend for bathing as it’s too warm, crowded, and not so clean imo. Instead go to Carmen de Paraná beach around 45 mins from Encarnacion. Thanks Jazmin and partner!"

"House is in very calm, serene neighborhood, it has a lot of appliances to use - coffee maker, toster, blender,oven, outside grill and of course small and charming swimming pool. Owner is very nice and helpful and speaks English, very willing to help."
