"Everything single thing, this place is beautiful beyond the eye, to our amazing welcome from Suliman to the delicious food, amazing roof top restaurant with live music and most epic views, I truly enjoyed turning 40 in this incredible location. "Few issues: - outside takeaway is not permitted, your delivery driver needs to park at the bottom of the hill and are not allowed on premises - breakfast is disorganised, 2 days we waited 15 minutes for a baby chair - requesting a diaper bin I was told I had to buy one. When I pushed back I was then provided one - staff on mobile phones and genuinely seem to lack communication with each other"

"This hotel is exceptional. Very knowledgeable and professional staff, who gave us a warm welcome. There are no rooms here, only suites and we were very impressed with ours. So spacious, very modern and high tech, clean, and catered for every need. It's not cheap, but you get what you pay for."
"I can only criticise one thing - even as a guest you have to pay for access to urban aqua deck on the second floor (although it's free entry for guests between 3-6pm). I feel that if you're paying good money as a resident, this charge should only be extended to non guests."
