"The hotel management can’t be hold accountable but the neighborhood has changed quite a bit over the course of twenty years, not for the best that is and the area - not that « central » by the way - turned into a slum with its usual fixtures, immigrants legal or not, winoes and hookers… I don’t mind but there are precautions to take obviously in such surroundings…"
