"Beautiful complex"

Busy swimming pool - not relaxing

"朝食は満足出来ました。日替りですが味噌スープも有り。アイスコーヒーのテイクアウトも問題無し、ホテル周辺にカフェが無い？ので助かりました。フィリピン人スタッフさん達は親切でフレンドリーな方が多かったと思います。ホテル内のビーチは小さいながら水も砂浜も綺麗、目の前をボートが行き来する雰囲気も素敵でした。市街地からは離れていますが、そこそこのレストランが周辺に3軒程あり、ミニマートが目の前に有り、周りに何も無いようでも不自由さは感じませんでした。 親切、安全重視の日系ダイビングショップのBlueMarineさんがホテル内にあるのでダイビング目的の方にも便利だと思います。私も大変お世話になり大満足のダイビング経験が出来ました。"

ハーバービューのお部屋にしましたが、隣の部屋と1つのドア(開かずの)で繋がっている作りで、隣の人の物音が酷いとかなり音が気になりました。隣の部屋のドアの開け閉めの音で夜中起きる事もしばしば。防音の事はあまり考えられていないように思いましたが、日本スタンダード基準での率直な感想です。

Beach is not great. One beach has only rocks and is not able to access safely. The other beach is sand, but kind of cloudy and shallow. Have to walker swim out a long way to get derp

"Absolutely fabulous resort in a spectacular location. Every staff member was welcoming and helpful. Special shout out to Sala, Shadow, and Papu! But really, everyone was great."

Restaurant waiters are useless, slow, just talking to each other. . Even if you are a guest at hotel they want you to pay for the huts. Hotel guests should get at least a free hour daily. There is no real beach seating for hotel guests to relax.

Having to say goodbye at the end of the stay. All of the staff and other guests were friendly and welcoming

The tropical gardens around the hotel were beautiful and larger than any hotel gardens I have seen elsewhere in Asia and very well maintained. In particular we would like to mention Mr Tony Tong the Hospitality Manager who was very helpful advising us on excursions and sorting out a serious travel problem (0ne railway ticket booked instead of two!)"

Do not expect new rooms, rooms are old but price is expected and service level is very high And also is good to have local money

"I liked how it had its own private little beach area, very clean and quaint. The view was very nice and serene."

Getting to the resort was a bit of a trip, not a long trip, but a trip through the rough parts of the town, very different.

"I’m fond of fine dining but for a little fella from Tennessee I would have loved some bacon/ham, home fried potatoes and eggs. Maybe just a hash of some kind. And the menu, which was delicious, was limited. I love a good tuna sandwich, you provide one, but that’s more my cold cut for lunch rather than my breakfast to get started with."

Only things that you couldn’t have done anything about. But I will say that on our stay one of the employees walked by and asked about our day. When hearing about how sunburned we had gotten and wished for aloe a fresh cut cup came delivered while we were away. That’s not a compliment or a complaint. That’s above all expectation.

Le prix reste un peu cher pour le Myanmar dans le contexte politique actuel même si il se comprend. Le confort du lit, matelas, était mauvais. Les coupures d'électricité durant tout un après-midi sont aussi à prendre en compte. Enfin les matelas et les serviettes autour de la piscine semblent une option.

"Beautiful view, with exceptional service. The staff is extremely friendly, makes a point of learning your name and providing the personal touch. A bit outside the busy Stone Town area, very close to the airport. Well priced."

The breakfast is a bit disappointing, would have loved a strong cup of coffee, but the rest of the menu is really enjoyable, and the great service more than makes up for the slightly under par breakfast.
