We would have preferred for our rooms to be closer together however we appreciate that the hotel was able to accommodate our additional request to have the rooms on the first floor in order to accommodate my elderly mom.

コンプリメントのミネラルウォーター補充が無かった。 オーシャンビューは素晴らしいが、プールサイドにスズメが大量にいて、フンがバルコニーに散見された。

En el gimnasio no funcionaban las maquinas. La habitación está bien es limpia y cómoda pero se podría actualizar un poco la decoración. Por ser un resort en el precio podría estar incluido el desayuno

"Das Zimmer war überraschend groß und modern eingerichtet – man merkt sofort, dass alles neu ist. Besonders schön: die tolle Ausstattung mit Espresso-Maschine und kostenlosem Kaffee. Auch das Bad war sehr geräumig und hochwertig gestaltet. Über die Terrasse mit eigenem Strandkorb hatte man einen wunderbaren Blick Richtung Bodden – perfekt, um abends den Tag ausklingen zu lassen"

Das Zimmer ließ sich trotz der Verdunkelungsmöglichkeiten nur bedingt abdunkeln, da durch die Milchglastür früh Tageslicht hereinkam. Bei der Ankunft war es zudem recht staubig, was etwas den ersten Eindruck trübte. Außerdem war der Kaffeeweißer aufgrund der hohen Luftfeuchtigkeit auf der Insel hart geworden.

The location is beautifully quiet and serene, away from the hustle of the city. Surrounded by nature and heritage charm, it felt like a perfect peaceful escape. "The view from our room, any room in fact, looked out over the crashing waves that rolled in from the Indian Ocean. Biggest room weve had in Bali.The staff were ready to look after our every whim. They brought meals in from outside restaurants. Instead of 2 tiny water bottles per day they provided a 20 litre water dispenser. The pool overlooked the black pebbly beach. The surrounding area was not overwhelmed by tourists and the locals were 1980's friendly."

"・チェックイン時間より早めに到着したが、柔軟に対応してくださったこと。 ・スタッフさんがフレンドリーで丁寧な対応をしてくださること。みんな笑顔で接してくれる！ ・子連れにおすすめできること。レストランでは子ども用チェアやキッズコーナーがあり、部屋では0歳のベビーにベビーベッドを用意してくれる。キッズルームも充実しており、2歳の子どももとても楽しんで過ごしていた！"

・アクセスがやや良くないこと。市内や空港に行くには少々手間がかかる。シャトルバスやタクシーを手配した方がアクセスは良いと感じた。

有料のイルカツアーに参加したが、船内で「支払いはキャッシュがいい」と言われ街に船をつけてATMでの出金を促されたり、TAXを上乗せしようとされたりと、不信感のある対応が続いた。ホテルから直接出発できる点は良いものの、提携ツアー会社(社員だと思うが)の態度は残念だった。

"The hotel was exceptional from arriving to leaving. The little touches make it extra special like free mini bar, little gifts in your room every evening, water hampers on the beach. The beach is amazing, all rooms have perfect views. Staff are very attentive. Breakfast has the best choices, one of the best I have had. Michelin star restaurant is fabulous would definitely recommend."
