"TWO THINGS WOULD HAVE MADE IT BETTER: 1) TOWELS WERE NOT PROVIDED UNTIL WE ASKED FOR IT. ALL TOWELS INCLUDING HAND TOWELS SHOULD HAVE BEEN IN THEIR PROVIDED PLACES BEFORE CHECK-IN. 2) THE SHAMPOO/CONDITIONER WERE PLACED ON TOILET FLOOR. THEY SHOULD HAVE BEEN FIXED TO THE WALL. NO SOAP WAS PROVIDED NOR A PROVISION FOR SOAP HANDLE."

"The apartment was big, clean, well furnished and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the main host, Mr. Abdullah Alotaibi. The restaurants downstairs offer excellent quality food. I only wish there were grocery shopping places closer to the Residence."
