"We had booked 2 rooms and because we were arriving at 11:30 am I had booked an extra day and also my flight was the next day at 2 am so I booked another extra day so that my family would not be inconvenienced. Our booking included breakfasts for 4 people but unfortunately our check-in and check out time did not permit us to have breakfast. I had requested at the reception if they could provide us with some snacks during our stay but they declined. So we missed 2 sets of breakfasts that were included in our booking but not even offered a sandwich during our whole stay as a courtesy. Quote disappointing"

"Top hotel, free upgrades, wonderful staff and the duty manager saud is the best. Lots of local amenities (supermarket, cafe, fast-food, pharmacy, etc) The rooms are excellent and the views are phenomenal especially at sunrise and sunset especially when you're staying in a suite. Can't wait to visit again"
