"The apartment lacked cleanliness; there were visible cobwebs, and some appliances (such as the toaster) were not working. The bed linen appeared quite worn and in need of replacement. Another aspect I noticed was a lack of maintenance on the kitchen windows, and some of the joints on the countertops and kitchen furniture appeared to be in poor condition.”"

"The room was not in very good condition, there were no bedside lamps, and some electrical plugs were loose. The furniture was older, damaged, the kitchen impractical and poorly equipped. Two chairs at the table had broken legs. The room was poorly cleaned, the beds were not made properly, the work was not finished."

"When we arrived there were small, black, living, worms in the toilet and something brown at the bottom. This made it feel very unsanitary and very disgusting. It smelt very stale in the bathroom The pull out couch wasn't very comfortable"
