"A lovely warm place with a nice owners. Breakfast was delicious. Nice Beach near by."

"I had been in touch with the owner the night before, I had told him the bus we were planning to take to reach his place. Unfortunately Google Map indicates a different B&B when putting this B&B's address (so be careful with google maps!) so we ended up there and the owner of the other B&B helped us with directions to reach the right one. We walked 40 min, and finally reached, I hadn't seen the text from the owner who asked how we were doing oops! We called and he said he had to leave but he left the keys on the door so we settled in. The house is amazing, the room has all facilities and more! The next morning the owner was so kind and offered a lift to town for free which was super bice and helpful as we had a train to catch. We cannot recommend this place enough!"

"Short distance till the sea (and as written in one other review - great stone formations). Country feeling - absolute silence during the night. Parking on site. Possibility to have a quick breakfast - a fridge, some plates and cups and a water boiling kettle."
"There was no mosquito on the window, we were not sure about flies and mosquitos coming in, thus had to sleep with a closed window. The water connection to the toilet was leaking when open, so we had to open/close each time when using toilet and it also added additional moist feeling in the bathroom."
"We loved our stay here. The location is so peaceful, and the surroundings are beautiful. I highly recommend staying here if you're looking for affordable accommodation that gives you independence but doesn't make you feel like you're intruding into someone's house. Our host was lovely and super accommodating. The communication was fab arranging a late check out and after we left / checking out."

"Ostört läge, hav/strand och stad (Simrishamn) på behändigt avstånd. Bra med egen ingång och uteplats. Bonus att där fanns ett litet kylskåp att tillgå. Rent och välstädat. Enkelt att checka in och ut. Trevligt bemötande av värd som tog emot."

"Es sind ca. 10min zu Fuss zum Strand, die Stadt ist sehr schön, mit Cafés und Restaurants. Die Küche schien komplett neu zu sein und es ist sehr großzügig. Die Gastgeber sind sehr hilfsbereit und extrem freundlich, so wie bisher überall in Schweden."
"Uns hat das 300 Jahre alte Bauernhaus sehr gut gefallen, es ist allerdings natürlich etwas niedriger von der Decke und hat einige Stufen."

"Lovely breakfast with homemade bread, delicius. Beautiful houses and seaside view. Very friendly staff. The room was simple but comfortable with an extra heater in it."
"An amazing place, close to the beach, peaceful forest. The owner is very nice. A quiet environment for relaxation and calming the mind. It's just a shame we weren't here for longer. Hopefully we'll be back again."

"Varje rum innehöll 2 enkelsängar. Vi rester flera så bokade flera rum. Väldigt bra upplagt, enkel incheckning, nära allt utom restauranger men enkelt att ta sig med bil överallt."
"Patrick, the host responded to some questions I asked and telephoned on day of arrival. The room had a lake view and was very comfortable. There is an area for preparing food with complementary filter coffee. We were there at New Year but will return in the summer"
