Our menu features an ever-changing à la carte selection alongside a seasonal tasting menu that highlights the finest ingredients of the season. All of this is accompanied by an extensive wine list, with over a hundred wines served by the glass and a cellar holding more than 3,000 different labels. From mid-May until the end of August, the restaurant moves out to our charming inner courtyard — a concept we call Vingården Leisure options at Collector’s Victory include a sauna and a plunge pool.

"I really enjoyed my stay at the Victory Hotel, it was a lovely room and experience for the price. The room itself was cosy, well heated (important in February!) and had everything I needed. The decor in the rooms and common areas had personality and everything was spotlessly clean. And the location was perfect close to the metro station and plenty of shops, cafés and restaurants."
"I was only sad that the sauna wasn't open when I visited, as I'm sure it would have been just as great as the rest of the hotel."

"This is a fun quirky hotel in the heart of the old town , perfect for the history enthusiast. Its filled with maritime antiques displayed in a tasteful way. They serve a wonderful breakfast with plenty of quality choices. The restaurant on site is a wonderful gourmet experience"
"There is no kettle in the room , each floor has a tea coffee stand in the common area, so you need to duck out, boil the jug in the hall, takes a few minutes , then duck out again to get your coffee or tea fix."
"Everything !! It really is a gem of a hotel in the middle of the old town of Garam Stan . The rooms are super clean and beds extremely comfortable. The staff are so friendly and welcoming , they cant do enough for you"
