"立地。旧市街の中心まで徒歩５分。教会、公園、大学が目の前にある静かなエリア。マリボル駅まで徒歩20分。 バスルームもベッドも清潔。 電気ケトルとティーバッグ（一箱も！）、マグカップとグラスが２個ずつ用意されていて嬉しかった。 他の部屋の音がほとんど聞こえないのも良かった。ドアの開閉や足音はするけれど、話し声やテレビの音などは防音できていた。 10時のチェックアウト語、十二時半までキャリーバッグを置かせてほしいとお願いしたら快諾。 WhatsAppでやりとり。レスポンスが速い。"

"The location is absolutely perfect, a short walk to restaurants, bars and main attractions. This is an extremely well priced room for the location.. The room was spotless and, though quite small, had all we required. The family who run this accommodation are lovely, genuine people , our host gave us some excellent restaurant recommendations. Despite our later than expected arrival, we found that our landlady had waited to allow us access, we appreciated that. I recommend this accommodation."

"Stayed for one night on our way through Maribor and enjoyed our stay. The room is a bit on the small side but has everything you could possibly need including a fridge and kettle. Great location in the middle of the city - very easy to access from the train station. All communication with host Greg was quick and easy. It was incredibly quiet - we didn’t hear a thing all night! Small personal preference - pillows were too soft for us."
