"Instructions for entering the property were very clear as were the directions for luggage storage after checkout. The apartment was much larger than the photos showed. Kitchen and dining room were more separate from the bedroom than the photos showed. Location for main attractions and bus station was perfect. Great communication from Jaka on messages, email and WhatsApp."

"The bathroom was very basic but still usable. The shower was powerful. There were 2 flights of stairs to climb but not a problem for us."

"Very centrally located - this is the most appropriate location - very close to 3 bridges. The instructions to checkin was precise and accurate"

"First of all it was not very clear the property was on 2nd floor and it is a very tough task to drag 3 heavy suitcases up through 4 flights of stairs. The toilet could be cleaner as it had stains and the room could have white sheets atleast."

"It did not feel as though it had been thoroughly cleaned. There was a plaster on the floor and what looked like blood droplets on the floorboards. The code we were given did not appear to be correct but someone let us inside and showed us where the apartment was."

"Unresponsive host. Toilet blocked up, for us there was a toilet open across the square (200m) but we wouldn’t want to stay more than one night. Wasn’t going to say anything until the host accused us of flushing something down toilet and not telling him."

"A very cute apartment right in the heart of the old town. Good facilities and a comfy bed - it has been thoughtfully kitted out. We were also able to store our bags before check in, which was great. Walkable to the train station and everything else that you could need."

"Location couldn't be better - step out the main the door and you're in the old town. Friendly host (that unfortunately we met virtually only) provided detailed instructions. Check in/out was as easy as it gets. Staying in a historic building is always a big bonus in my book."
