"ほとんどのスタッフが素晴らしかった！特にフロントの男性スタッフ。いくつかお願いしに行ったのですが(清掃後交換し忘れたコップの交換など)、その場ですぐに係の方に電話してくれ、外出後部屋に帰ったときには全てのリクエストに対応してくれていた。その他のフロントの男性スタッフも、屋外にあるジャグジーのカバーをとって欲しいとお願いに行くと、すぐに係の人に連絡して対応してくれた。色々不備はあっても、真面目に迅速に対応してくれるスタッフに感心した。お陰で、ブレッド湖での滞在が思い出に残るものになった。ありがとう！"

"Easy to reach from Ljubljana, yet outside in nature fir those preferring to detach from the city at least for a bit. Comfortably arranged room, with AC. And what was most important for us - also four legged family members accepted with a smile! We absolutely LOVED the individual garden entrance we had to our room, perfect for travelers like us - with kids & dogs. In other reviews people were complaining about the train. While train tracks indeed are behind the building, in the two days spent we did not hear any train… perhaps we slept so well or simply the line is not busy at all. I think we will come back 🙂"
