"+ Very friendly and helpful staff! Always smiling and polite. Breakfast is great value. Location is perfect for me. I very much enjoyed the swimming pool and there's a small gym too. I have stayed there 3 x."
"Some of the bathrooms should be renovated, one leaked water even to the mainroom, which was dangerous. Even others have humidity damages and small cockroaches. I was twice bitten by insects during the night, probably bedbugs or ants, and had to ask the staff to spray my room again. Some of the sheets are obviously not pure cotton and itchy."

"The shower was weak and I stayed in room 107, i didnt have a moveable shower head. The fridge was empty and i was only given one water a day. I had to ask for an iron to do my clothing which was not a great look."

"Staff are very helpful and act quickly to rectify any issue. On my first night there was an issue with the electricity switch as well as the door lock in my room. They moved me into another room according to my choice. Always smiling and welcoming including front desk, restaurant and housekeeping staff. Rooms are adequate and spacious even the basic rooms."
"Breakfast cold be improved regarding dairy products. The cooked food in the breakfast is a bit too salty. Nevertheless there is a variety of cereals, jams and spreads and small bakery items."
