"リフォームしたてでとっても清潔感がありました！写真通りでした。従業員の方々もすごく優しくて気さくな方々でした。ワインやクッキーなども部屋についていて、部屋の目の前にあるテラスでアペリティーボなどを楽しむことができました。景色も良かったです。 Grazie mille!! Vorremo tornare in questo posto!"

"To say that this was just an amazing experience is too little; it was truly extraordinary. Sig. Cristiana was an excellent host; she equipped us with a warm welcome and great information. The house itself is beautifully restored, curated in every detail. The amazing views and the location just under one of the towers couldn't be more breathtaking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wished it were longer!"

"Well designed apt in a great location. It wasn't full self-catering, but there were good tea/coffee facilities. And the owner had left many things to get you started, including a nice bottle of wine!."

"Not much to say. I thought check in time was a little late, especially if you're using public transport. But the owner let me in early, so thumbs up all round."

"The coffee was one of our only gripes - it didn't taste great. We would also recommend some UHT as opposed to powdered milk. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend."

"Very spacious, very private. It was comfortable. We were kindly met at San Marino bus station and taken to the villa. Also kindly taken to the supermarket first to buy some food as the villa is very isolated. Taxi was recommended to us, and was reliable and comfortable. The area was amazing to visit. Information was sent to us to answer our questions. Prompt response."

"Già dalle scale ben curate nei minimi dettagli ..accogliente .la suite a dir poco fantastica .. avevamo una bottiglia di vino rosso e tanti spuntini con macchina del caffè e bollitore ..poi un panorama luminoso ..e siamo stati fortunati ad avere un cielo limpido per intravedere anche il mare .poi la doccia super .io e il mio compagno abbiamo apprezzato 💖vicini alla funicolare a e ad un ristorantino osteria super ..dove il primo dell anno abbiamo mangiato benissimo"

"An excellent location if you are traveling by car, with parking conveniently located right opposite the hotel. It made our stay very comfortable and stress-free. The breakfast was delicious, and we especially enjoyed the local cheeses — they were a wonderful touch.
